Free Replacement Conditions

Items within the return window and in stock (exact same item) are eligible for free replacement. The replacement will be shipped via standard shipping once the original item is returned. Free replacements are available if:

  • The item is physically damaged upon receipt.
  • The item has missing parts or accessories.
  • The item differs from its description on our website.
  • The item is defective or does not function properly.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible, but you may reject it at the doorstep.

  • Cancellation time windows vary by product category and are specified on the product or order confirmation page.
  • Post the specified time, a cancellation fee may apply if cancellation is permitted.
  • If we cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
  • We reserve the right to accept cancellations and modify cancellation terms.

Cancellations after shipment or delivery incur a 30% fee, subject to evaluation.
